At Rosalyn Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
Certain types of goods are non-returnable, such as:
Sale or clearance items
Intimate apparel (e.g., lingerie, swimwear)
Gift cards
To start a return, contact us at sales@rosalynboutique.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer size or item exchanges (subject to availability). Contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@rosalynboutique.com to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will prioritize resolving the issue at no extra cost to you.
